On behalf of our client, an international company developing its new centre in Lublin, we are looking for a candidate to work as a Senior Java Developer.
The ideal candidate will have a wide scope of duties involving contribution to all stages of development cycle, responsibility for design and development of applications for mission- critical systems in Java/Java EE, quality of code and technological solutions in software architecture. The person of this position will take an active part in ensuring that the specifications are met by the design and the released products are of the highest quality.
The successful candidate has at least 5 years of hands on experience in software design (using common design patterns) and development (Java, J2EE), in-depth understanding and commercial experience with a variety of technologies, platforms and frameworks, profound knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies, experience with TDD and familiarity of Agile methodology. The candidate should also posses a University degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar, good English skills and openness for occasional travel within Europe.
