Job Description
Our client is international provider of specialistservice in technology distribution. We are currently looking a talented personto managing of operational logistic and warehouse projects. The mainresponsibilities are to:
- Design of logistics models of product warehousing / product assembly and test
- Support the business development functionat the early stages of client requirements negotiation
- Contact and negotiation with clients to clarificationof project requirements
- Design production layouts
- Prepare calculations to determineresources / space / equipment etc
- Select and choose of suppliers to provide specializedengineering services
- Participation in implementation of business processesfor new and existing clients
- Projects mapping
- Projects management
- Ensure of implementation Lean Manufacturing principlesand industry best practice across all aspects of theoperation
- Support thedevelopment of an improvement of key metrics to measure of performanceefficiency and productivity
- Professional qualification to degree level in the areaof production or process engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in projects managementboth at a proposal and implementation level
- Ability to represent the company on a professionallevel on customer related projects
- An extensive knowledge of production engineeringmanagement principles
- Good understanding of modern supply chain managementtechniques and warehouse / logistics operation
- Strong project management, analytical and presentationskills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, MSProject and CAD
- Excellent understanding and/or experience of using SAPor similar is also required
- Flexible and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent written and verbal English and Polish
- Ability to travel
- Knowledge about Method Time Measurement (MTM)techniques will be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
