On this position you will join Google team located in two cities Cracow or Wrocław (depends on your preferences) and as a Senior QA Engineer you will take on a lead role in validating developed application. You’ll be playing a pivotal role in design reviews, influencing architecture and mentoring engineers from a QA perspective. And of course, you’ll be actively contributing to the codebase and helping leverage existing Google technologies where appropriate. You will spend a large part of your time creating test strategies and writing test plans to validate web application. In addition you will be coding to develop automated scripts. Moreover you will be an integral part of the development team and will be working closely with Product Manager and FE/BE developers. Google philosophy is build it, break it and then rebuild it better. That thinking is at the core of how they approach testing. Unlike roles with similar names at the other companies, Our Test Engineers aren't manual testers you write scripts to automate testing and create tools so developers can test their own code. Google needs you to, identify weak spots and constantly design better and creative ways to break software and identify potential problems.

We are looking for experiences QA Engineers who specialize in test automation for web applications. Good or very good command of JavaScript and/or Python will an asset but is not the main requirement. The most important is wide experience in testing web apps preferably with Selenium. Very good command is also required as you will work in international virtual team.
