We currently have an opportunity for an individual to join as Senior Recruitment Consultant
Working on this position you will be standing alone, located on the client site Moscow, Russia. After few months the role will be relocated to Cracow, Poland. This is a role you can make your own with support provided by a Poland based support team, a regional team and the broader global team. Working from a client office, you will be proactively managing the recruitment process from requisition to placement across different client’s entities and potentially across different countries. You will be providing a market leading RPO service and driving direct candidate sourcing initiatives whilst developing and promoting the relationship between yourself and stakeholders.
The role involves proactively managing the recruitment process from requisition to placement with a focus on the direct sourcing of the highest quality talent. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. Participate in requisition review calls with client Staffing leaders to collaborate with members of the staffing team to fulfil requisition requirements within defined SLAs parameters. Review shortlist of candidates from Resourcing Consultants where applicable and deliver appropriate feedback to them.
We are looking for a recruiter at least 2-3 years of professional experience, who is credible with proven relationship development skills and have a history of exceptional delivery to customers. You will benefit from being organised, proactive, with a logical and customer-centric approach to the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior experience of working onsite/in-house as an end to end recruiter will be highly regarded We require a candidate who can speak Russian to a conversational level and understand the cultural fit of our stakeholders.
