Omega through recent investment is looking to strengthen its position on the Polish market as a high-end, customer focussed, professional and ethical recruitment solutions provider and is looking to recruit key individuals with specific sector experience.

We are equally focussed on quality 'candidate management' techniques, ensuring that we consult properly with each and every potential candidate to increase interview effectiveness and interview to placement ratios.

Wymagania:

    We are able to provide you with all of the necessary tools and training (Recruitment, Management and Sales) to enable you to offer our clients a number of alternative recruitment solutions.

    To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience and a solid proven track record of selling and delivering recruitment solutions within a specific sector. Ability to deal with senior management and key decision makers/ shareholders will be a must.

    You must possess good networking capabilities and cold call to attain new business, utilizing various resources provided to you by Omega. Additionally, deliver professional, often bespoke, recruitment solutions to local, national and international organisations.

    We are also keen to see individuals who come from a Business Development Background as we are able to support all sales activity in the markets in which we operate
