For one of our clients, who operates across Europe, Asia and in the U.S. with connections into over 200 cities globally we are looking for a Service Delivery Administrator in Sibiu, Romania.

We are looking for people who can support the Technical and Commercial Services and support function under the guidance of technical leads.

Service Delivery Admin ensures that customer promise times are met within set time-scales and to agreed standards, validates and tracks new orders/ mod orders and keeps a good channel of communication between all teams involved in the ordering process. Collects all feedback from engineers about installations, and updates managers, produces performance monitoring reports.
Provides an order management function to support day to day business including order tracking, delivery co-ordination, maintenance of customer data and supplier management. SDA maintains relationships with key interfacing departments, ensures conformance to operational processes and is responsible for conformance to SLA's and quality measures. One of the duties will be maintaining documentation and systems. Contact with the customer will be via email or telephone

We are looking for a GERMAN speaker.

Ideal candidate has to have a basic knowledge of the individual technology area and is developing technical skills under the guidance of technical leads. Excellent skills in areas of customer service and support. Experience in a customer facing role and technically complex environment is welcome.
