The role:
- You define, monitor, and drive business efficiency and effectiveness
- You develop, implement and enhance operational policies, procedures, and systems
- You manage business performance and financial forecasts
- You identify and drive short to long-term initiatives to support the scale-up of the business
- You coordinate with the Finance department to define, monitor, and achieve financial performance
- You constantly take the pulse on the teams and help them to grow in an efficient way
- You ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- In other words: you are a key role in shaping the company for its scale-up.
Skills:
- Generic Service Manager with Banking/Trading/Financial Service experience
