Doradzanie klientom w kwestiach dopasowania oferty produktowej do indywidualnych potrzeb;
Realizacja wyznaczonych celów;
Badanie potrzeb klientów i dbanie o budowanie pozytywnych relacji
Dbanie o dobry wizerunek firmy.
Wymagania:
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka szwedzkiego;
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne;
Zdolności sprzedażowe;
Komunikatywność, poprawność i płynność językowa;
Profesjonalizm w kontakcie telefonicznym z klientem;
