From 1 club just 4 years ago to 60 clubs by the end of this year, Pure Jatomi Fitness is a fantastic success story, expanding across the globe. We have first class facilities in great locations and the experience of our international management team to help us go from strength to strength.
Due to our ambitious expansion plans we are now looking for General Managers to run our new Clubs which we are opening across Poland. We are particularly keen to here from applicants in the North and South of the country.
We are looking for talented business managers, who are equally comfortable managing staff, facilities, sales, our members experience and Club profitability.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager you will
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the club
- Ensure first class customer services, at all times
- Exceed budgeted EBITDA and deliver year on year growth
- Drive the sales of membership, personal training and related income streams
- Manage the facilities to ensure a safe, high quality environment always exceeding our customer’s expectations
- Recruit and manage your team to our high professional standards
- Deliver events for our members to add value to their membership
- Drive member engagement and retention for the club.
To succeed in this role you will have significant management level experience in the hospitality / leisure industry or in a membership based business. You will be experienced in motivating a team, delivering exceptional customer service and financial results. Above all we are looking for commercial flair and excellent communication and organisation skills.
The successful candidate must be fluent in English and be able to demonstrate that they exercise on a regular basis and have adopted a healthy lifestyle.
