For our client, global consumer goods company, which is opening a brand new Service Centre in Prague, Czech Republic, we are looking for
SSC IT Officer
Within this role you would be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and optimising servers and databases of the Shared Service Centre and telecommunications network.
You would also procure and set up hardware and software for new users and maintain and provide support for computer hardware, software and all applications for all employees of SSC. The role involves also maintaining and supporting web and other IT related matters including e-learning platform and e-Content platform, supporting the roll-out of new applications, testing and evaluate new technology and conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Perfect candidate should hold Bachelor’s degree in computer science and have at least 3 years’ experience in provisioning and supporting IT organization. What is more excellent server and database knowledge and management skills are required, as well as knowledge of telecommunications networks and office suites of software (MS Office, Open Office). Fluent English is also required.
