Location: Wroclaw
Main Tasks:
- Deliver HR services (database management) in a specific area such as employment, compensation, benefits
- Update and maintain employee records in compliance with regulations (file and maintain order in electronic and paper employee files), prepare employment documents in local language;
- Provide efficient customer service via phone or email concerning HR related matters
- Review and verify incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures - Prepare reports concerning personnel administration process
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Swedish
- Communicative knowledge on English
- Availability to work full time
- Excellent communications skills
- Team work skills
- Very good time management skills
