For one Fortune 100 company, key player in its field of activity with over 100,000 employees we are looking for a Statutory Accountant – German Speaker, for a very interesting project, Bucharest located.
On the position of Statutory Accountant you will be responsible for preparation of the statutory financial statements under German GAAP, preparation of the Tax Exhibits following Tax regulations, monitor Accounting, German GAAP and Statutory rules, manage USGAAP to German GAAP conversion. You will also coordinate with site controllers to ensure timely flow of statutory & tax information, as well as PwC review of the Financial statements.
The Preferred Candidate should have minimum 1-2 years’ experience in preparation of Statutory statements / audits, as well as strong knowledge of German GAAP / knowledge of US GAAP and advance knowledge of German and English. The experience in an audit firm and SAP knowledge represent an advantage.
