Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualified
- Technical Qualification
- Very good english skills
- Black Belt (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Leadership skills
- Mathematical, Analytical and Reasoning skills
Responsibilities:
- Establish Key Performance Indicators, monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set goals to drive continuous improvement
- Manage and direct projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
- Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
- Writing and presenting technical / management system reports
- Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of Project
- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department and plant
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
- Annual Budget / Capex proposals
