TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
- 3+ years of experience with End User facing technologies.
- Experience with ITIL framework and processes, preferably ITIL v3 certification
- Experience overseeing quality of work performed by managed service providers, contractors, and consultants
- Industry certifications are a plus
Required Skills:
- Experience with OS patching and mitigation of security vulnerabilities
- Experience with Endpoint Management System (Symantec Altiris, Microsoft SCCM) and Endpoint Security Systems (Symantec Endpoint Protection and Encryption)
- Experience with development of comprehensive technical test plans, proven background in execution of test plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex technical problems with team members, customers, and vendors quickly and effectively
