For our Client from pharmaceutical industry we are looking for a Test Lead. Full professional English proficiency is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans and overall test strategy
- Provide guidance and insights to the testing team on test script development and oversee the test execution of (automated and manual) UI testing, API testing, Load, Performance, Integration testing
- Working closely with the development and testing teams on sprint planning
- Provide insight and guidance on the creation, maintenance, and improvement of QA tools and processes
- Design and execution of tests for various projects in pharmaceutical industry
- Defining test plans, test phases
- Supervision of test performance analysis of test data, update of test scripts and analysis of results
- Mentoring team members in software testing related activities
- Ensuring software quality and assure that requirements fulfils customers needs
- Contact with a business client in terms of implementing new functionalities in the system
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of professional experience within the relevant technology, application or business domain (especially experience in manual testing)
- Min. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teams
- Proactive approach towards the managed area
- Responsible for microservice improvement and optimization
- Experience with test management tools
- Experience in designing and implementing business applications
- Good communication and team working skills
- Knowledge of software applications relevant to the area
- Knowledge of testing tools: HP ALM, JIRA
- Familiar with software development best practices
