Due to growing business in Poland we are opening a new site in Lublin.

Trainer
Lublin
The prime role of Trainer is in teaching new hire classes, new product training (NPI), and recursive sessions. He/she works with training curricula delivered by the client, periodically tailors or creates full training modules.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting trainings for new hire classes.
- Presenting existing training materials through lecture, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities for technical, customer service and sales accounts.
- Developing and maintaining reports to meet department and client requirements.
- Cooperation with other trainers to ensure the delivery of administrative tasks.
- Maintaining the scheduling of all training assets (Trainers, Rooms, Equipment, etc.).
- Maintaining department training supplies.
Requirements:
- very good command of English and German language (spoken and written) is a must
- University Degree with some related experience
- Previous experience in teaching or training is a must
- Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
- Good knowledge of IT
- Knowledge of PC applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a time critical environment with minimum guidance
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
