Within this role you would be responsible for successful execution of one or multiple country-to-SSC transitions, for on time on budget and on quality delivery of transition projects in compliance with the global transition methodology and for setting-up, customizing and maintaining transition plan, among with the training, coordination and management of the transition teams. You will also develop, execute and communicate the change management tasks during the transition and be responsible for Establishment and maintenance of relationships to internal and external stakeholders, on both local and global levels.
Perfect candidate should have at least 5 years experience in Accounting and at least 1 year experience in a Transition role. You should also have strong transition knowledge, based on at least 2 successfully completed transitions. We're also looking for good knowledge of Project Management, strong communication and change management skills. We appreciate the ability to lead, develop and mentor multiple teams and the flexibility and the availability to work with minimal supervision. Your willingness to travel (up to 80% of the time) it's also a requirement for this position.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and another european language are also needed.
