UX lead
Euvic - For more than a decade we operate in the area of Information Services.
Our team consists of more than 900 IT professionals, and the whole Euvic technology group - which brings together IT companies from all over the Poland - over 1500.
We work in 14 premises in Poland and 6 abroad.
Euvic runs over 150 various projects implemented in teams consisting from a few to a few dozen people.
Our projects are mainly systems, Web and Mobile applications.
Despite the fact, that our size is constantly growing, we still operate as a family business and we nurture its values.
We welcome both experienced IT professionals and Information Technology enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
- Building-up and leading a UX team
- Turning product requirements into workflows and designs
- Take a complex technical problem and make an attractive, easy-to-use UI
- Feedback from many channels (users, developers, product managers, quantitative analytics, etc.) into design revisions
- Participate in business and UI reviews with multidisciplinary product teams
- Share knowledge and mentor junior designers
Must have:
- UI/UX design proven track record
- Experience testing UI designs and software for usability
- Programming skills (JavaScript)
- Soft skills: team player with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent english
