At present due to increasing market demand in Poland we are seeking to recruit a highly professional Senior Account Manager, who is going to be responsible for a business growth in dairy ingredient products segment.
- Increase company growth by building and maintaining relationship between customers and the distributors
- Develop and execute a mutually agreed and strategic customer plan to increase potential business
- Increase customer satisfaction and customer value added benefits in cooperation with technical department
- Introduce new initiatives in line with the commercial policy
- Advise senior management of any particular, strategic implications, plans and market developing movements
- Monitor of sales and marketing activity of the dedicated group of products in Poland
- Master Degree (Food Processing or Chemistry is a plus)
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in sales of solutions in the dairy industry
- Excellent knowledge of all food processing and food industry aspects
- Independent, goal-driven and flexible team player, with open and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Polish
