Analyst-Developer SAP PO
Work location: Prague, Czech Republic

Main purpose of the job is to manage all functional and technical aspects of electronic business-to-business integration with customers, suppliers and partners. High-level tasks include validation of service entitlements, business requirements analysis, establishing connectivity, transactional gap analysis, data correlation/mapping, B2B infrastructure provisioning, end-to-end testing, production deployment and go-live monitoring. Serve as primary interface for technical experts from customers, suppliers and business partners.
The Analyst-Developer SAP PO is the IT functional-technical expert for the realization and maintenance of application-to-application integrations using EDI. This job comprises a company Group IT role and therefore the span of responsibilities for the described field of application is enterprise wide. The role reports to the Group IT EDI Service Manager.
Performs analysis of Electronic Data Interchange processes for new and existing customers/suppliers/partners; analyzes carrier and system requirements and assess options for providing solutions; establishes new EDI solutions (including programs, forms, maps) or extends existing EDI solutions; Establishes EDI testing methodologies; plans and executes the testing of new and /or modified EDI structures, including programs, forms, trading partner setup, and processing workflows; assures records required for EDI operations are identified and properly maintained in the system. Coordinates the efforts of staff members in different functional areas in the operation of current and development of new trading partners; Conducts EDI training for staff members in all functional areas. Provides instructional and informational materials on how EDI operations are expected to proceed on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Develops and maintains standards and procedures for EDI documentation; Maintains a library of EDI procedures; Works with internal departments and outside trading partners to maintain effective and efficient EDI operations; Maintains contact with trading partners participating in EDI operations; Works with management to ensure that as new trading partners are signed up, EDI issues.

To be successful on this position, you should have: a Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent through experience; minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in B2B integrations; communicating and presenting fluently in English. another language is an asset; expert knowledge of SAP PO (Process Orchestration, formerly known as XI, PI); strong understanding of EDI in the Automotive Industry (VDA, EDIFACT,AS2, FTP, Web Services, etc.); experience with creating technical data mapping specifications and using data mapping tools like XML Spy, MapForce (Altova tools), Mule or equivalent solution platforms; Understanding of relational data and ERP system integration models; previous experience creating technical and/or data mapping specification.
