Senior Back-End Developer

We are looking for an experienced backend developer, to become a part of the core team in Gdańsk. The developer will be responsible for developing and driving technical direction for a cutting-edge web application, as well as providing guidance and onboarding to less experienced members of the team.

We're expecting a candidate with excellent communication skills and vast technical experience: the product you'll be working with is a modern web application with cloud-based backend, that interfaces with low-level software build systems.

Your daily work would cover mostly new features design & development, following best coding practices, as well as maintenance and integration with existing platforms (80/20), cooperating with other team members, so code re-usability and clarity is key. The work happens in close relation with teammates worldwide, so fluency in English is a must.

A perfect candidate would have a knack for architectural patterns and modularity, reaching beyond the boundaries of what's already established in the code, technical excellence as well as great communication skills: we're building a core team here in Gdańsk so initially there will be a lot of knowledge transfer. Ability to write testable and re-usable code is one of our priorities.
