Currently our Client is looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the role of Area Sales Manager for Poland and Nordic countries. The successful candidate will join an international company with ample opportunities for cross-organizational and international contacts and responsibilities.
Job description
Develop sales in cooperation with dealers and other partners to maximize sales and ensure that all annual targets are met
- Manage sales of dedicated product line to ensure consistent growth in orders and revenues
- Develop and mentor dealers and implement local promotional activities
- Make recommendation to increase sales activity to the company
- Maintain regular contact with distributors /customers within dedicated territory
- Develop of business plans, concepts and initiatives in order to increase the business
- Administrate duties related to all aspects of sales management
Who we are looking for
- Technical education on bachelor\'s level
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development and sales management within the complex solutions to manufacturing industry
- A natural talent to influence, negotiate, sell and maintain positive relationships with major distributors
- Independent, goal-driven and flexible team player with open and outgoing personality
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and willingness to travel
- Good organizational, planning and communication skills
- Fluency in Polish and English (other regional language will be an asset)
