Your new company
For our client, a multinational banking and financial services enterprise, we are currently looking for a candidate for an Assistant Manager of the Asset Servicing sector. The position is based in Wrocław.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for leading members and senior members of a team and ensuring that all the procedures and reporting tasks are adhered to. You will ensure that all key information is provided to support departments such as Fund Accounting, Finance, HR, Compliance etc. for tracking and monitoring purposes and overseeing that basic administrative procedures are carried out. You will work with the Manager to develop staff through motivation, coaching, effective communication etc. and manage the staff availability, overtime and other.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a University degree in an accounting related discipline and technical knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, options, contracts for difference (CFD’s), equity swaps, futures, forward contracts, bonds, interest rate swaps and credit default swaps. Additionally, the candidate will have minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, including some team supervisory/management experience. Fluent English is a must.
