For the world's largest logistic company operating around the world we are looking for an Associate System Support Analyst with advanced English and German to join an IT HUB based in Prague.
At this position you will provide support for end user services (Windows 7 & 8.1 managed desktop and collaboration services)running in ITS in German and English language.
The job requirements will include: providing 2nd and 3rd level of support for end user services (Windows 7 & 8.1 managed desktop and collaboration services) running in ITS, assists with proactive maintenance and administration of computer hardware, software and operations tools in support of the delivery of the IT service, Working closely with Service Desk Analysts and acts as Subject Matter Expert providing expertise in the area (i.e. Remote Desktop), knowledge Management (creating, review and maintain articles), creating and providing trainings in the area of expertise (mainly for Service Desk Analysts).
You will be also involved in building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers to ensure supply of goods and equipment and support of services and products, ensuring that the applications and their support is undertaken based on the IT Operational standards, in line with the ITS Process and delivered within the requested timescales and co-ordinating with external suppliers and internal support groups in German and English language, including translations.
We look for advanced knowledge of German and English both written and spoken, completed secondary education, High school or University degree specialized to computer/technical area is an advantage. Experience with Windows 7, Exchange, Active Directory, Network / VPN, Blackberry / Good.com, Sharepoint, Printers, Share Drives.
The ideal candidate should be results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality, solid in information acquisition. Solid in constructive challenge, solid in building and managing partnerships, solid in flexibility and stress, HDI Desktop Support Technician certificate and ITIL Foundation certificate is an advantage, 2 years of practical experience in related field. Experience in a large, multi-vendor, computing environment preferable.
