OPIS STANOWISKA:
aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów,
tworzenie rekrutacyjnej bazy danych kandydatów,
rekrutacja i selekcja kandydatów,
obsługa pracownika tymczasowego,
sporządzanie dokumentacji kadrowo-płacowej,
archiwizacja dokumentów,
prace biurowe.
WYMAGANIA:
wykształcenie min. średnie lub w trakcie studiów,
dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Windows, MS Office) oraz urządzeń biurowych,
komunikatywność i wysoka kultura osobista,
znajomość zagadnień HR, przepisów Prawa Pracy i ZUS oraz doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku będzie dodatkowym atutem,
prawo jazdy kat. B (z praktyką).
