Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Cluj-Napoca, we are currently seeking for 2 candidates for the position of Automation SW Specialist (L2 support).

Your new role
Your main responsibilities will be to develop/maintain a standardised and secure desktop environment applicable for global usage, identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort both on IT and user side (installation scripts for the automatic Software distribution, scripts for fully or partly automate manual processes) and remedy incidents which can't be solved by the 1st level.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a similar previous experience of at least 3 years. Very good communication skills in English are a must, while German language is a huge advantage.
Regarding the technical skills, we are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of Personal Computer operating systems, Windows Scripting tools (VBScript, PowerShell), Microsoft SCCM Site and Computer management. Good Microsoft Active Directory knowledge incl. Client Group Policy management, IT Client security tools (e.g. Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Bitlocker), Mobile Device Management are also required.
