Build Engineer - Unix Shell Scripting Engineer
Job Description
- Development, testing, maintenance and support of scripts to fully automate the application lifecycle version (control, package, deploy&monitor process)
- Cooperation with developers to support the process of software preparation
- Automating the building of components in a continuous Integration environment using Team City
- Integrating the use of xUnit tests into the automated continuous Integration build
- Higher technical education (Computer Science or Information Technology)
- Minimum 2 years experience on similar position
- Excellent scripting skills (Unix shell scripting)
- Good English language skills
- Willingness to relocate to Wroclaw
- Task orientation (ability to respond quickly to reported problems)
Nice to have:
- Experience in building Java components (Maven, Ant, Nant)
- Java packaging experience (RPM)
- Experience and knowledge about following tools (Subversion, Team City, Jira, Nexus, Nolio)
