Business analysis manager in international procurement

- To provide financial leadership, support and control for the International procurement team, including the two leads of Europe & Asia.
- Work closely with the category directors, category buying managers and buyers, on key project initiatives to deliver value to the business.
- Be the first point of call for the category buying teams with regard to management reporting and financial control and any other related financial processes.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the buyers on savings recognition and report progress against agreed targets.
- Ensure core financial processes are in place and are effective.
- Review performance and identify areas of risk or opportunity, working cross functionally to address issues.
- Help the International FD’s understand position in regards to GSNFR savings and cost base inflationary pressure to the P&L.
- Ability to identify, establish and maintain core financial controls (the recognition of savings, validation against support documentation and allocation to the correct budget lines).
- Ability to establish and deliver core performance reporting and management information that meets the periodic needs
- Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting skills
- Ability to manage and report performance
- Ability to provide analysis and insight
- Provide coaching and guidance to the finance service centre and category teams.
- Advanced level of English and communication skills
- MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word ect)
