• Gather, analyse and define user needs/requirements
• Translate these user requirements into value-focused user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collecting all into the product backlog for Product Owner's review, approval and prioritization
• Elaborate the user stories with the squad in the backlog refinement meeting and supports the squad and solution architects to design technical solutions and ensure that is properly implemented
• Help test the system and create system documentation and user manuals
• Clearly communicate with all stakeholders

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis (independently)
• Master’s Degree in computer science or similar
• Strong knowledge of business analysis process
• Strong knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modeling, user requirements documentation, functional requirements, state diagrams, examples of use, scenarios, traceability matrix, decision tables).
• High communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear formulation of ideas, curiosity
• Strong experience in international projects
• Assertiveness and empathy
• Ability to listen actively
• English at least at B2 level
