PROJECT:
We are looking for experienced financial and/or IT services Business Analysts. This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recognizing, analysing and documenting business processes (including IT processes)
• Advising on designing business solutions
• Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks from timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
• Devising change interventions such as training and communication
• Managing the tracking and documenting progress and status reporting
• They manage the change component of the projects making sure that it is expected and received well by the target audience.
• They ensure adoption and deployment of the company’s Framework, agile ways of working within the project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• They work closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider Wealth and Personal Banking change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

• Previous experience on complex projects across countries or regions\
• Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organisations
• Experience in delivering significant change and cooperating with stakeholders in different locations
• Experience in agile ways of working/tooling
• Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to effectively run meetings in English over video or teleconference
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
• Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira are an advantage

• Project management certifications (Agile BA/PM, SAFe, Change Management or CBAP)
