Air Liquide Central East Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia) operates in three World Business
Lines: Large Industries, Industrial Merchant, Healthcare serving over 5000 customers and around 2000
patients.

 

Business Developer (Waste and Water Treatment)
Responsibilities:
 
 
 Development of sales activities:
  • Proactive prospecting
  • Presentation and promotion of Air Liquide’s dedicated solutions and offers
  • Identification and validation of customer’s needs
  • Elaboration of solution proposals and quotations in cooperation with international experts of the Group
  • Support actively sale process in collaboration with sales teams, namely with sound interventions during commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Achievement of sales plans acquiring new and developing existing clients

Projects coordination and supervision:

  • Proactive prospecting
  • Validation of technical solutions
  • Tasks coordination in collaboration with local technical teams, international Group
  • experts and external suppliers
  • Accountability for start-up at customer site and final commissioning (gaining expected performances)
  • Insure sustainable and valuable relationship with customers all along contract duration

Marketing and promotion:

  • Markets assessment, targets identification and elaboration of marketing approach and campaigns
  • Continuous broadening of technical and market knowledge
  • Address market trends with relevant offers and approaches
  • Develop existing portfolio of offers and technologies with innovative solutions
  • Press publications
  • Preparation and active participation in conferences, seminars and trade fairs
  • Develop networking with external partners and prescriptors
Requirements:
  • Engineer (preferred profile associated with the processes of wastewater treatment , energy or mechanical)
  • 2-3 years of work experience as engineer or sales representative in industry in the B2B system
  • Readiness for frequent business trips in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong motivation to work and initiative in action, proactive attitude
  • Analytical skills and ability to solve problems
