For one of our important Clients - a multinational Electronics Manufacturing Services Company, we are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Individual to assume the position of Business Unit Director and become part of the management team, located in Oradea, Romania.
On the position of Business Unit Director, you will manage a large and or complex Customer Focused team within a site, having under direct supervision all the indirect functions necessary to execute the customer's business and all of the manufacturing activities required by the customer's business. You will be accountable for the execution of the customer's business within the site within cost budgets, and for driving improvements in performance and customer loyalty, reduction in cost and overall financial performance.
The Preferred Candidate should have minimum 11-14 years’ relevant experience, with at least two years in program management and two years in operations, engineering, supply chain or finance. We are looking for a Senior manager with strong leadership skills, business acumen, who is able to handle pressure & meet tight deadlines and has advanced planning & organizational skills. Experience in customer management, negotiation skills as well as English knowledge at an advanced level, are mandatory requirements.
