On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for candidates who will hold the position of a Case Management Analyst.
The company offers diversified opportunities in a dynamically growing Risk department which does thorough research and analysis within Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations required in the banking sector. The reports prepared by Case Management Analysts are used by the company’s clients to foresee risk level of cooperation with various entities and to protect a company against reputation damage.
ROLE OUTPUTS
- Undertakes timely and accurate research as an essential member of the local research team
- Removes “false positives” from initial record screen
- Resolves “matches” as part of the remediation process or on-going monitoring
- Creates and maintains appropriate and accurate KYC records in the system
- Scans original documents into the system
- Summarizes and / or translates non-English language documents
- Facilitates appropriate work orders to the agreed SLAs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate evidence of the following:
- Applying critical thinking to analyze issues
- Paying attention to detail and delivering activities on time
- Processing quantitative data and solving problems
- Managing multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
- Well-developed communication skills (questioning and listening skills)
- Working fluently in English (another European language will be an asset)
- Experience of working in Microsoft applications at intermediate level
It is useful if candidates are able to demonstrate evidence of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Some understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) and its related policies/procedures
