- Managing and compiling Programme related financial and KPI information
- Overseeing relationship with Finance to monitor project costs and ensure finances are well managed
- Coordination of inputs of the various cross-functional business partners
- Providing and maintainingcapacity planning and resource tracking service across the Programme
- Updating and maintaining the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register
- Ensuring the appropriate programme benefits are identified, quantified and their realisation planned
- Ensuring cross-programme dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained
- Coordinating project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
- Building cohesion within the NOTB team and motivate them to produce quality work.
- Preparing regular status reporting to all levels of the business
- Arranging the required meetings & venues (TP, Stores, offices)
- Preparing communication and training materials (if relevant) for successful implementation and sustainability of the solutions developed
- Being alert to existing patterns and emerging trends and feedbacking them to my manager or relevant parties.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligenc
- Higher education
- Advanced level of the English language
- Project management methodology / qualification
