Ce process manager

• Managing process improvement through project life-cycle, within scope and budget.
• Assessing the financial impact of projects and preparing business case
• Managing dependencies to establish ways of work and alignment of approaches
• Providing high quality business process analysis and mapping to support strategic decision making
• Testing and trialling solutions prior to implementation to ensure that these are efficient and customer focused
• Developing full solutions and operating models to increase productivity and to improve customer experience
• Identifying and managing risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
• Managing solution development and implementation by building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Developing the right communication and training materials to support successful implementation

• University or College degree
• Advanced level of English
• Analytical skills (including using relevant tools like Excel, etc.)
• Technology & Product Development skills
• MS Office (Power Point, Visio, etc.)
• Experience in delivering process improvement using relevant methodologies
• Management experience in multinational environment
• High quality of stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
