• Managing projects end-to-end within Central-Europe.
• Building project business cases (agreeing scope and objectives) and identifying critical success factors.
• Managing a cross-functional project team, key stakeholders and dependencies to establish ways of work and alignment of approaches
• Producing the initial project plan, subsequently tracking and reporting progress to the line manager and the governance forum
• Establishing and filling resource requirements whilst balancing budgets and individual development needs
• Setting up project budgeting, planning and create processes, to ensure expectations are clearly established and standards are followed
• Ensure that the key Master Data in our systems are consistent, unique, complete, valid and accurate
• Ensure that the coding and system setup related to Master Data objects are standardized across CE
• Make sure that the Master Data related business processes and data flows between systems and functions are documented
• Streamline work with other ongoing projects impacting Master Data objects
• Setup and operate Data Governance

• University/collage degree
• Advanced level of English
• End-to-end Project Management experience within a complex and large organisation framework (methodology/qualification)
• Financial modelling (including business case development)
• MS Office (Power Point, Visio, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management, very good engaging skills
• Internal drive, proactivity, good data analysing and reporting skills
• Advanced level of English
• End-to-end Project Management experience within a complex and large organisation framework (methodology/qualification)
• Financial modelling (including business case development)
• MS Office (Power Point, Visio, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management, very good engaging skills
• Internal drive, proactivity, good data analysing and reporting skills
