- Participation in implementing regional reward strategy
- Analyzes and interprets internal and external data to model changes to various reward elements such as base salary, short- and long-term incentives
- Monitors legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
- Working closely with country Reward Managers with any compensation and benefits related questions
- Support the annual pay rise and bonus processes
- Provide ad-hoc analyses on request
- Effectively work together with partner departments on ad-hoc projects
- Support CE Reward Manager in any compensation and benefits related questions
- College or university degree (preferably Economist)
- Work experience in a similar position but FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO WELCOME
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- High level MS Excel knowledge and practice, modelling and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, structured mind set, system approach
- Ability to work in cross-cultural teams, team worker
- Willingness to develop, ability to multitask
- Willingness to travel (occasionally)
