Job Duties:
- You will be responsible for following the process of achievement continuity for customer business
- You will be ensuring, executing, coordinating and overseeing changes to the customer infrastructure,
- Updating operational work instruction
- In the need being in touch with vendor support and other IT departments
Requirements:
- General IT knowledge (storage, networking, load-balancing)
- Previous working with AWS toolbox would be a big advantage
- Linux platform and scripting would be a plus
- Communicative personality
- ITIL certificate or experience with ITIL and AWS SysOps would be an asset
