Your new company
For our Client – an international organization, which develops its Shared Service Centre we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Controlling Process Manager.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the leadership of a team of business controllers. Some of the day to day duties will be managing the controlling services in compliance with the company’s standards and the operational performance of the subordinate team. You will also be responsible for the preparation of summary reports for management, enhancing quality, providing financial support for the team, communication with Formats and Business Units and delivery of budgets and forecasts (cash-flow, KPI’s, P&L , CAPEX,).

What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Candidate you should have over 3 years of experience in managing a team of controllers, a Master Degree within finance or auditing and skills within financial consolidation and management reporting. Apart from that, you should speak very good English that will allow you to communicate smoothly in business situations and excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. We are looking for people who are detail-oriented and have strong leadership skills.
