Currently, for our Client – a leading FMCG company - we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of CRM ANALYST. CRM Analyst will work as part of the Marketing hub team supporting the entire Client’s business. Key responsibilities:
- prepare customer’s segmentation and identify customer’s profiles,
- seek for constant improvement in CRM decision tools, practices and solutions,
- Deliver a range of complex solutions, working with marketing team members across the group to agreed standards and timescales,
- Provide advice on how to optimise dedicated business area,
- Provide analytical insight by examining the best ways to utilise data through technical solutions that can impact business strategy and add value,
- You will support the wider marketing team on end-to-end campaign management; including multi-channel planning, execution, reporting and providing recommendations,
- Report insights back to Marketing team in regard to campaign analysis - providing recommendations on future campaigns.
We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience with databases language SQL, understanding and practical knowledge on how data warehouses work,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy,
- Creativity and an aptitude for problem solving,
- Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential),
