Required education and experience on the job:
- Familiar with Quality Management and tools
- Vocational or Bachelor level education
- Related work experience: Quality dept., Project management
- Good knowledge of:
- Data collection, compilation, analysis & reporting
- Problem definition (clear & precise),problem-solving technique
- Experience in the field quality improvement.
- Service market information
Required knowledge and skills on the job:
- Good communication skills and capabilities
- Knowledge of QA standards
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Speak fluent English
- MS office and computer knowledge
Required personal characteristics on the job:
- Strong drive to achieve results.
- Independent in taking up own initiatives.
- Operational effectiveness: is effective in unstructured situations with large workload, dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously
