Zadania:
- Technical problems reception and its transition to the Technical Department;
- Collaboration with technical team members in the area of customers needs realization
- Accepting submissions of emerging faults and errors connected with introduced IT systems and programs
- Building and maintaining relationships with international customers
- Very good command of one of the languages: German, French, Czech or Dutch
- Good command of English
- Good computer skills ( MS Office package)
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of a second language would be an advantage
