Zadania:
- Providing first and second line technical support for customers in the one or more of following areas of IT: Operating Systems, Database Administration, Customer Services
- Registering and classifying all incoming notifications in accordance with the applicable procedures
- Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line of support
- Remote troubleshooting
- Participation in international IT projects
- Good knowledge of one of the following language German or French
- Good knowledge of English (level B2),
- Basic computers skills and basic knowledge on Windows and MS Office,
- Interest in IT and willingness to learn,
