Your new company
Multinational company from manufacturing developing factory in Romania having as main scope injection moulding in order to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 products
Your new role
As a Customer Quality Engineer you will need to act as the representative of the clients' interests within the organization on matters of product quality. Moreover you will be the one who decides locking or unlocking delivery if there is the risk of low quality products impacting the client and also coordinate and conduct activities associated with introducing new products.
Among your other responsibilities you will need to check the products compliance with specific customer requirements, participate in daily production meetings, perform daily audits in the production area, coordinate and create the teams dedicated to analyse incidents and to implement corrective actions when customer complaints are received.
What you'll need to succeed
Technical university degree
Experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of analysis methods ( 8D , 5 Why? ) and ISO TS16949
Good English level
