Zadania:
- Work on the 1sth line support and advisory of international customers
- The receipt of problems reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems
- The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress
- Keeping users appraised of progress
- The maintenance of an inventory of equipment supported by the Help Desk together with logs of user details, problems and resolutions, for administration and planning purposes
- Shift work
- Good knowledge of English and fluent (C1 spoken and written) knowledge of one or more language: German, French, Dutch
- Any additional foreign language will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge on Windows and MS Office
- Interest in IT and willingness to learn
