Responsibilities
- Review documentation, maintain database
- Preparing the invoices for billing of customers
- Identification & resolving of any customer disputes
- Response to customer inquiries via e-mail, phone, chat
- Allocating and clarifying payments
- Service administration
Qualifications
- Finnish language – B2/C1 level
- Communicative level of English
- Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
- Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
