Currently for our Client, fast growing SSC in Poznan, in connection with a new project, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Customer Service Specialist with German and English
Location: Poznań
Main responsibilities:
- Handling variety of Sales back-office processes
- Maintenance of sales prices, discounts, bonuses/loans and rebates
- Maintenance of contracts & catalogues in SAP/SRM
- Working in order management system
- Support the sales team in different ad hoc content related requests and projects
- Responding to customer queries
- Building and maintaining good relations with clients/customers
- Sales documentation preparation
- Taking part in various projects
Requirements:
- University degree (connected with Sales, logistics or controlling)
- Fluent German (fluent English would be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to work undert tights deadlines
- Flexible attitude and the ability to work largely as a communicate person
- Enjoys working in a multi-cultural and challenging team environment
- Customer oriented attitude
