For our Client, leading production company from packaging sector, to maximize its growth potential, we are currently looking for an independent Candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Building and sustaining positive business relationship with customers
- Order management
- Receiving and processing claims in communication with Production Department
- Cause analysis by checking technical documents and customer samples
- Benchmarking of filling lines to get information for the product development
- Visiting and technical consulting of potential customers
- Supporting customers in new products introduction
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects to ensure highest level of customer service

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Two years experience on a similar position
- University Degree
- Technical background will be an asset
- Fluent level of English and Polish is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Organizational, analytical and conceptual skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
