For our client, global consumer goods company, we are looking for:

Customer Service Specialist
Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Within this role you would be responsible for Customer Service supporting one of the European business units, ordering entry and customer claims process and maintaining high customer service levels. The role also involves participating in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, liaising with stakeholders to ensure issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner. You would also monitor and report Key Performance Indicators for services offered to our client’s business. Willingness to work a flexible schedule is also required.

Perfect candidate should hold at least Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or similar field, have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. You should also be client- and detail-oriented, have operational knowledge and have strong organizational skills. You have to know how to use Excel, knowledge of SAP and experience in shared service center would be an asset.

When it comes to knowledge of languages, we are looking for people fluent in: English; English and Czech and Spanish; English and Dutch; English and Spanish; English and French; English and German; Italian.
