For our client, global consumer goods company, we are looking for

Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Within this role you would be responsible for Customer Service supporting 9 European business units, manage team of up to 10 customer service agents and manage order entry and customer claims process. You would also act as Subject Matter Specialist for O2C process, maintain high customer service levels, manage and coach staff members as well as assist with their selection, training and performance. Within this role You will also participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, liaise with stakeholders to ensure issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner and monitor, manage, confirm and report Key Performance Indicators for services offered by our client.

Successful candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer service and hold at least Bachelor’s Degree in business, financial or similar field. We are looking for someone who is client oriented, has wide operational knowledge and strong analytical and organizational skills as well as project management skills. You have to have at least 3 years of experience in people management, be proficient in Excel and have solid understanding of systems and processes. Experience in shared service environment and SAP knowledge would be an asset. Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must.
